Youth Leaders Academy
The Youth Leaders Academyproject is a Key Action 2 (KA2) Collaboration Partnership initiative under the Erasmus+ program. The project aims to create a comprehensive set of innovative tools that will empower youth, providing them with the skills and mindset necessary for active participation in society, successful project management, and entrepreneurship.
The project’s key objectives include:
- Enhancing Employability: Equip youth with skills that enhance their employability and readiness for the job market.
- Project Management Skills: Develop tools to instill effective project management skills, fostering autonomy and initiative among young participants.
- Entrepreneurship Education: Introduce innovative tools to cultivate an
entrepreneurial mindset, enabling youth to explore and create opportunities.
- Critical Thinking: Promote critical thinking among youth, encouraging them
to analyze, evaluate, and solve complex problems.
- Active Civic Engagement: Engage youth in activities that promote active
civic participation and a sense of responsibility towards their communities.
