The Open Government Data Portal was developed by Open Data Kosovo to serve as a tool for government officials to enable transparency through the publication of government datasets. Institutionalizing the usage of the data portal was an important success factor for this project and a comprehensive training programme aimed at government officials was also designed and implemented.
