GROW = Gamify your Youth Work

The project’s main aim is to explore and increase the capacity of all partner organizations from the program and partner countries on the topic of gamification in youth work. GROW is contributing to extending and developing the competencies of the youth workers thanks to the development of a course for youth workers on gamification methods, including materials, video tutorials, and a training curriculum. GROW will develop a handbook that aims to support youth workers in game-based elements and apps in the activities for young people. The partner organizations exchange their best practices on the project’s topic to gather the best methods and build the capacity of youth workers on an international, and more importantly local level, exploiting their multiplier effect through the promotion and dissemination of the materials, web conference, and local training in each partner country.
