TECH4POLICY
A project which empowered young women in designing digital solutions to improve and strengthen Kosovo municipalities while promoting employability in the high-potential ICT sector.
Tech4Policy empowered young women to design digital solutions to governance and democratization challenges in Kosovo’s municipalities. Through close engagement with citizens and local leaders, Tech4Policy aimed to improve governance in Kosovo’s municipalities all while boosting employability of young women in the high-potential ICT sector. Over two years, Tech4Policy worked with 10 municipalities and engaged 261 young women across Kosovo in digital product development that will serve its citizens and contribute to social well-being. Through Tech4Policy, 6 digital solutions were developed: EdPerformanca for 6 municipalities: Kamenica, Vitia, Klina, Istog, Mitrovica, and Lipjan, and the Trego Gjelbër platform.
